I write to express our sincere appreciation for all the help and support given. We were first introduced to Thinking Software about 2 years ago. Can we say this has been one of the best IT investments we have ever made within 'Kingsley Group'. Thinking Software has enabled us to manage the payroll cost very proactively and efficiently, not only in helping us to work within the group budget cost criteria but also helped us to provide a fully integrated and automated payroll administration function which otherwise is very cumbersome in the industry we operate. The savings this has given, in terms of real cost reduction, is significant.

The latest version, 'Rota Horizon' package, that has been installed here at our head office is at the cutting edge of the development incorporating various smart features. This is certainly a welcome and timely addition to the existing package. We are very pleased with the update. We, as a group are expanding in a number of homes, with our workforce set to increase to over 1000 personnel over the next 12 months. We simply could not imagine managing the function without Thinking Software. This has become an integral part of our management information system.

On a more personal level we found your team to be helpful and professional. I found them all, in particular, yourself and Justin, very approachable. We are so pleased that you have come on board. Keep up the good work. If you wish us to contribute towards future development costs we shall be pleased to oblige. Needless to say, we will recommend you to our colleagues in the industry.
