Operating across three Care Homes, Stradbroke Court, Florence House and Burlingham House,
APS Care provides high-quality, individualised residential care for the elderly in a warm and
homely setting supported by a team of approximately 125 staff members in various roles. To
manage workforce operations efficiently especially payroll, shift scheduling, and time tracking,
we rely on RotaOne Time & Attendance.
The Challenge
Before using RotaOne, our workforce management processes were paper-based, which
became increasingly inefficient. The decision to move to an electronic system came from our
Director, who wanted to modernise how we handled time and attendance.
The Solution
RotaOne was implemented to replace our manual processes and streamline how we manage
staff shifts and payroll. The system has proven to be brilliant 99% of the time. It’s quite
straightforward to use, and I personally haven’t experienced any issues with it. The support
team are there to help if needed.
The Results
RotaOne has made things simpler for us. Everything we need is available in one central
place, from shift records to annual leave and payroll reports. The support provided by the
Thinking Software Support Team has also been great. They always help figure out any issues.
