How it Works

Access Control Integrations
Musterd is integrated with many of the leading access control providers. Our integrations pull in real time data about which personnel are on and off-site.
Musterd Portal
The Musterd portal allows authorised users to access real-time information and reports from any location on any device.
Musterd Readers allow Musterd to be deployed as a standalone solution or to supplement access control. The readers can be wall or desk-mounted and are capable of reading any RFID card or fob.
The Musterd Cloud Application is securely hosted in the Microsoft Azure platform that guarantees 99.999% availability. Musterd Dedicated Devices communicate with the Musterd Cloud, which in turn passes all data to every connected device in real time.
The Musterd Dedicated Devices can run over Wi-Fi or mobile data. They will switch automatically if Wi-Fi is unavailable. The devices are supplied with SIM cards that prioritise data traffic and will use any available network.
Personnel are able to present themselves to any assembly point and a Fire Marshal can make them safe. The ‘Safe’ and ‘Unsafe’ lists are continually reconciled and synchronised across all devices.
The Musterd Mobile Reader can be attached to any Musterd Dedicated Device. It is capable of reading any RFID card or fob and can process up to 100 personnel per minute.

When a fire alarm goes off, an emergency evacuation is started, all of the Musterd Dedicated Devices are alerted and the list of personnel to account for is automatically generated.
